Sales/Admin Support: Company in Hartford Area is looking for an individual to support the inside/outside sales force. Assist in field operational support along with basic office tasks. Responsibilities will include receiving and processing customer requests for proposals, proper tracking & distribution of project requests, satellite measuring and takeoffs, data entry into company software, proposal creation, electronic file organization, mailings, project instructions, CBYD fillings. A self-motivated, highly organized, multi-tasking individual with a positive attitude will fit well. Must be proficient in Quickbooks, MS Word and Excel. MS Publisher experienced preferred but will train.
