Job Description

Set up / Operator - Auto Power Press (3 openings)

***TOP PAY and IN HOUSE ADVANCEMENT WITH A GROWING COMPANY***

1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm -2

2nd shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm - 1

Qualifications:

?? 3- 5 yrs experience in set up and operation of department equipment

?? Experience working with 100-300 ton stamping presses

?? Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to machine tools & equipment as required to support production

?? May operate as needed to meet department requirements

?? Ability to remove tools from equipment for major repairs or service or at conclusion of a production run

?? Assist department tool & diemakers with trouble shooting and analysis

?? May include responsibility for instructing & working with department operators

?? Participate in LEAN, 5s and SDWT projects

?? Strong solid understanding of basic QC tools and the ability to perform in process and first piece inspection

?? Ability to work OT as required

?? Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted
