Title of Position: Regional Director of Sales
Job Description:
As the Regional Director of Sales for our company you will lead Hotels in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPAR Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem. As the Regional Director of Sales, you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Hotel Sales experience is a must. The Regional Director of Sales must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred. As the Regional Director of Sales, you must have full-service brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • The Regional Director of Sales must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Regional Director of Sales must possess
