This individual will be servicing CSC's closed book of business


Responsible for position is responsible for receiving and processing payments from policyholders.

* *Must have Variable Insurance experience*

* *Must have Life Insurance or Annuity experience*

* Must be a dedicated professional with the ability to manage clients and complex aspects of the business

* Must have basic knowledge of how Stock Market and how it impacts the industry

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Must possess great communication skills (Written / Verbal / In-person)

* Ability to multi task, attention to detail and can collaborate with others

* Experience with CyberLife /WMA / AWD Software is a plus

* Answers telephones and responds to basic/complicated variable customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.

* Records call on account history record with results of the inquiry; initiates required confirmation without direct supervision. Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

* Processes customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication on variable clients.

* Processes variable calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Records calls, processes requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.

* Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up to date and accurate information.

* Interfaces with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.

* Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management.

* Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.


Employees will work closely with training staff during the first 90 days. Employees will shadow senior staff members and gain hands on experience with day to day functions of job, learn internal systems and become acclimated with DXC Technology procedures.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree OR Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma

* 5 or more years of experience with Life Insurance or Annuities

* 3-5 years of Variable Insurance experience

* Experience working with organizational functions and personnel

* Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology

* Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software

Other Qualifications

* Strong business and analytical problem solving skills

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to follow oral and written directions
