*Requirements:* Legal Billing Invoice Analyst Hartford, CT ? Robert Half is assisting a large corporate client who is seeking to add Legal Billing QA Analysts to their Appeals team to perform QA testing for Legal Invoice Review. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in legal invoice review, a firm understanding of civil litigation, particularly insurance coverage and defense, and have an active attorney license in at least one US jurisdiction. Responsibilities will include:

* Conducting QA reviews of Legal Billing Invoice Reviews, ensuring compliance to the guidelines

* Resolving law firm appeals, including requests for reconsideration of adjusted amounts by law firms

* Using sound judgment to analyze and evaluate legal fees and costs/expenses in appealed invoices to make adjustment decisions Requirements:

* 2+ years' experience in billing in a private practice law firm setting

* Understanding of insurance coverage and defense litigation

* JD degree a must ? an active license in any US jurisdiction a plus!

* Experience in auditing insurance claims litigation, legal invoice review, and experience working with an insurance company All work will be conducted onsite at the client's office. These positions will require 40 hours weekly, and the contract will run for at least 6 months. There will be an interview process, and if selected, work will commence 4/1/18 and run at least through the end of September.
